You can book a shuttle on our website by clicking the button
or via phone call under +49 6302 984 9488 and +49 173 911 2423 or via What´sApp.You can pay the ride in the shuttle directly to our driver or you can pay in advance by pament link.

Shared rides are booked with other passengers together on one van to go to the airport. To share a ride can lead to detours on the ride to the airport to pick up other passengers or can cause longer waiting times at the airport. We always optimate the shuttle routes to get you to the airport asap. If you book an exclusive ride you will be braught to the airport in your own group without any strangers on the van (maximum of eight passengers per van). You will be picked up and dropped off at the airport directly.
If you booked an exclusice ride you can choose your own pick up time. If you booked a shared ride we will do our best to meet your expectations.
For international flights you need to be at the airport around 3 hours, for flights within Europe two hours and flights within Germany one hour in advance in general. In winter time we recommend to prepare for an earlier pick up time.
We inform our drivers about traffic jam news permanently and try to get you to the airport in time and asap. You will get more information in our terms and conditions.
No, you can book a car seat for the ride free of charge. Please inform us about the amount, age and size of your child or children. We will provide you with proper car seats.
Your pets are always welcome. Unfortunately pets can often only be transported as exclusive rides. If you wish to book a shared ride with your pet please inform our office staff to get updated information on possibilities. To transport pets we are obliged to inform you that pets can be transported in for your pet suitable pet kennels only. Please inform yourself about vaccinations and quarantine regulations at the airport to avoid longer waiting times at the vat at the airport. To get those informations please contact the airport or airline you booked with.
Yes, it is possible. Please inform us ahead of booking a shuttle about these items.
Yes, is is possible. Please inform us ahead of booking a shuttle about bulky items on the shuttle. For some of these bulky items only exclusive rides are possible. Please ask our office staffe if you are unsure of how to specify your baggage to make a reservation.
Our meeting points in each terminal are:

Our air conditioned fleet can transport up to eight passengers each van. We drive modern Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and Mercedes Vito with extra long trunks.
